At the annual meeting, Peace Alliance Winnipeg and the Regina Peace Council agreed to build a Prairie Peace Partnership that would foster cooperation among peace organizations in the three prairie provinces. Ed Lehman, of the Regina Peace Council, brought greetings to the Peace Alliance Winnipeg AGM from various Saskatchewan peace groups and reflected on some of the activities that have been effective in that province.
